The redesigned Kona will again be offered with a gasoline engine and electric powertrains, and at a later date, as a hybrid as well. The EV will be available with a short- and long-range battery. At public DC fast-charging places it can go from 10 to 80 percent state of charge in just 41 minutes, the automaker says.
